Epistem offers an in situ colon tumour model (Min/+), valuable for measuring parameters such as tumour incidence and growth rate.

This is one of the few models in which tumours develop in their natural site, adjacent to normal epithelium.

The Min/+ model is recognised in the oncology field for its ability to test therapeutic agents that are targeted to prevent the incidence or progression of colon cancer.
