By Road
Follow the approach routes signposted "Universities".

From M62 (East)
Leave M62 at J12 and join M602 Salford for 4 miles.
At motorway end continue straight on to join the A57 Manchester (joining A57M after 1 mile). Leave at second junction (signed Congleton), take the sharp left (following signs for Universities) and keep in the left lane until you reach the end. Turn left and immediately get into the right hand lane as you will be turning right at the first set of traffic lights. At traffic lights, turn right and follow to the end of the road, getting in the left lane. Turn left onto Oxford Road and follow this through a set of traffic lights and a pelican crossing. Turn left at the next set of lights into Grafton Street. The Incubator building is on your left opposite the hospital car park.

From M62 (West)
Leave M62 at J18, to join M60 (Manchester).
At next roundabout, join A576 (Manchester Central). After approximately 2 miles, bear left at the traffic lights onto A665. Keep going straight on, past several signs for Universities. At junction with Rochdale Road (A664), turn left, then right down Thompson Street. Keep following the Universities signs, which eventually bring you onto Higher Cambridge Street. Turn left past Manchester Business School, turn right into Oxford Road and then left into Grafton Street. The Incubator building is on your left opposite the hospital car park.

From M56
At motorway end, continue along A5103 Manchester for 4 miles. Turn right at traffic lights (signed Whitworth Art Gallery, Museum, Universities). At next lights at T-junction (Whitworth Pub) turn left into Oxford Road and then right at the next lights into Grafton Street. The Incubator building is on your left opposite the hospital car park.

From M67
At Motorway end, continue along A57 for approximately 3 miles towards City Centre. At roundabout (Apollo theatre on left hand side), take 2nd exit, signposted Universities. It is then approximately half a mile to Grafton Street, off Oxford Road.
