Epistem announces partnership with The University of Manchester

Epistem plc (LSE: EHP), the UK biotechnology and personalised medicine company, announce a partnership with Dr Matthew Hardman at The University of Manchester in which novel preclinical models for cutaneous wound healing, developed within Dr Hardman's laboratory, will be transferred to Epistem.

Epistem in human DNA identification collaboration

Epistem is pleased to announce today the formation of a human DNA Identification collaboration with the National Policing Improvement Agency (NPIA). Epistem and the NPIA will be evaluating Epistem's Genedrive molecular device as part of the NPIA's ADAPT programme (Accelerated DNA Profiling Technology programme).

Genedrive passes first in-field Tuberculosis testing

Epistem is pleased to announce today the successful completion of its first round Tuberculosis (TB) clinical studies as part of its diagnostic collaboration
with Xcelris Laboratories, one of India's leading Genomics research and Diagnostic testing companies. Since announcing this collaboration on 28 June 2011 Epistem and Xcelris have evaluated Epistem's Genedrive molecular diagnostic device in 3 private Indian clinics alongside existing TB diagnostic methods to assess the potential of Genedrive for the rapid diagnosis and subsequent treatment of TB sufferers.

Epistem in tuberculosis diagnostic collaboration

Epistem today announced the formation of a Tuberculosis (TB) diagnostic collaboration with Xcelris Laboratories, one of India's leading Genomics research and Diagnostic testing companies. Epistem and Xcelris will be evaluating Epistem's Genedrive molecular device as part of India's RNTCP (Revised National Tuberculosis Control Programme).

Epistem announces collaboration with sanofi-aventis

Epistem today announced a collaboration with sanofi-aventis U.S. Inc. relating to the use of Epistem's proprietary biomarker gene expression profiling and immunohistochemistry technologies.
