Xenografting

Epistem provides a comprehensive range of established subcutaneous xenograft models, with a focus on epithelial tumour cell lines. Tumour growth and take rates have been established and are routinely used in studies for our oncology clients, either as single agents or in combination with traditional chemotherapies or radiation.

Experienced in a variety of administration routes and schedules, Epistem tailors each assay to the specific requirements of the client and can provide extensive tumour analysis. We also apply our expertise to novel xenograft model development, using either proprietary client, or commercially available, tumour cell lines.
